Ch' cherfu o chérfuë[1] (Anthriscus cerefolium) s'acate frèche ou bin sékée ou désidratée.
Chés feuilles frèches, ciselées, ch'est pou aromatiser divérses préparacions tchulinères : sauces, potaches, crudités, salades, Omblètes, grillades...
Pou chés plats tchuisinés, ch' cherfu i s'met ach dernié momint, al fin del tchuichon.
